We recommend a soft non-abrasive microfiber cloth, along with a non-abrasive furniture polish like pledge. Always spray the polish on the cloth and not on the drum. Always test a small, less visible area first before applying it to the whole drum.

All submissions are reviewed by our R&D team, if we conclude that your proposal meets our brand criteria and principle for future development, you will hear from our team within 10 weeks after your initial request.

Thank you for expressing interest in our endorsement program.  Gretsch Drums is currently accepting endorsement applications, but we are very restrictive on signings and our criteria is focused on artists working at a national/international high-level of exposure.  
 
If you feel that your musical endeavors and overall activities are of this caliber, please contact our responsible AR mangers to start your application process.

Once your artist application is received, our artist relations team will review it as expeditiously as possible and we will notify you by e-mail regarding the results of your endorsement application.

Please note that regional distributors also present local artists on behalf of the Gretsch brand. If you are predominantly nationally active, we recommend that you first contact our regional distribution partner. If you don't know your regional Gretsch distributor, please contact us using the contact form on this website.

Members of our artist roster are always welcome to either visit one of our official round badge dealers near you or set up an appointment to visit The Gretsch Lounge in Burbank, California.  To set up an appointment at the Gretsch Lounge, e-mail ashreve@gretschdrums.com.   

 

Gretsch Drums offers backline support through our global network of authorized backline partners.  Discounted backline support is only granted to artists who are officially signed onto the International Gretsch roster.  

If you are not an officially endorsee of Gretsch, you still have access to Gretsch backline (subject to availability), which would be set up through the backline company directly.

Gretsch Drums are sold through a network of drum shops, dealers and online retailers. Gretsch does not sell direct to consumers.

We recommend visiting any of our round badge dealers or other stocking retailers.

For registered Gretsch products we offer an extended two-years warranty.

Should a question arise concerning a warranty replacement or repair, notify your Gretsch Dealer and take the product to him/her for inspection with the original bill of sale. Your authorized Gretsch Dealer is not an agent or independent contractor of Gretsch but may be able to correct certain defects covered by this warranty. If your dealer is unable to correct a defect covered by this warranty, the dealer will contact Gretsch for instructions as to the return of the product for factory inspection and evaluation.

Due to the high volume of workload and demand on current production, we do not offer a refurbishment program.
