We asked...Why Gretsch?:
"Bottom line, Gretsch are the best feeling/sounding drums ever made. they are the drums I hear in my head. They are what all the guys play on records, even though they may be with a different company. Tune them high, tune them low... your front of house engineer with appreciate you greatly!"
Advice to aspiring musicians?:
"Some of the best advice I ever got makes more sense as I get older. If you want to play music, you just have to DO IT. Keep showing up prepared with a good attitude and do alot of listening to evryone around you. Show up, be present, and learn to play the drums as not just a drummer, but most importantly, as a musician. Serve the song first. We don't just play drums, we play music."
