We asked...Why Gretsch?:
"I choose to play Gretsch drums because they embody a unique vibe and character that inspires me every time I sit behind them. Their legacy is undeniable—these drums have been the backbone of countless iconic recordings that shaped my musical identity. There's a deep familiarity and comfort in their sound because I've heard them on so many of my favorite records. Beyond their musical history, the quality and craftsmanship of Gretsch drums are second to none. They deliver unparalleled tone and feel, making them an extension of my voice as a drummer."

Advice to aspiring musicians?:
"My advice to aspiring musicians is to always play with intent—every note should have purpose and meaning. Play only what you hear, and embrace the power of space in your music. Make it a priority to play with other musicians and create joyful noise together; that's where the magic happens. Strive for a great feel and tone—it’s what truly connects with listeners. Live minimally and healthily to sustain your creativity, and remember that being a good person to hang out with is just as important as your musical skills. Finally, put your phone away and be fully present—both on and off the stage."
