We asked...Why Gretsch?:
So many of my heroes, past and present, have played Gretsch drums. The sound of these drums is what I grew up hearing on so many of my favorite records. Not to mention the brand's history, legacy, and classic look. It's an honor to be playing Gretsch drums.

Advice to aspiring musicians?:
Put in the work – there are no shortcuts. Keep learning, stay open to every opportunity that comes your way, and most importantly, learn to love the process.

Bio:
Brandon Toews is a drummer, author, educator, and content producer who has been working with Drumeo since 2014. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with some of the world’s most renowned drummers, including Phil Collins (Genesis), Travis Barker (blink-182), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), John Stamos (The Beach Boys), Stewart Copeland (The Police), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), II (Sleep Token), and Jonathan Moffett (Michael Jackson).
His drumming videos have garnered millions of views and have been featured in major publications like Billboard, Rolling Stone, Loudwire, and iHeartRadio. Through his innovative content and impactful collaborations, Brandon continues to be a driving force in the global drumming community.
