Bio:
A professional musician for 30 years, Chad Gamble grew up in Tuscumbia, Alabama which is part of the Music Mecca, Muscle Shoals area. Upon graduation from the University of Alabama in the mid 90's, He would find himself in Shreveport, LA touring with Blues power trio, The Bluebirds and then moving to Memphis playing seven nights a week on Beale Street before eventually starting a recording/touring band with his brother known as Gamble Brothers Band.
In 2008, Chad was asked to join Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and has been with them ever since.
Chad has played on several Grammy nominated albums. His list of Grammy Winning albums include: Jason Isbell's "Something More Than Free"/ Jason Isbell and the 400 Units' "Nashville Sound" and "Weathervanes"/ Blind Boys of Alabama "Echoes of the South"/ Maggie Rose's "No One Gets Out Alive"
