Bio:
"Trey grew up in Richmond, VA. His dad Sterling, also a drummer, was his first influence.
Starting at age 10, Trey began honing his craft. Constantly trying to emulate the drummers he heard on the radio as well as the ones from his parent’s extensive vinyl collection. He began playing the club scene his Freshman year and has since always been part of a band(s).
In 2003, he made the move to Nashville. There he found a comfortable place in the city’s ever-expanding music scene. From studio sessions to club gigs to touring, it all fell into place.
Trey spent most of his time on the road between 2004-2013.
Touring every state in the U.S. and 3 continents with such artists as Trent Willmon, Steve Holy, Trent Tomlinson and Hali Hicks. These days his occupation keeps him in town most of the time.
Nashville’s sprawling club scene keeps him busy 5 days a week.
Trey is now a father of four children and prefers his own bed to a bus bunk. Currently Trey can be found at Tootsies Orchid Lounge four times a week with the Jake Maurer Band."
