BIOGRAPHY

Hi my name is Ben Byrne and I have been the drummer in Starsailor for the last 20 years. In that time I have recorded 5 albums and toured extensively around the world. I also teach drums from my studio at home as I look to pass on my knowledge and experience to other aspiring drummers.

I have recorded albums with many top producers, these include the legendary Phil Spector, Rob Schnaf John Leckie and Steve Osbourne.

I have toured with some of the biggest artists in the world of music today, The Rolling stones, U2, REM, The Police and The Killers to name a few.

We have sold in excess of 3 million albums worldwide and played in every corner of the globe. Also playing some of the greatest festival's. These include Glastonbury, V festival, T in the park and the isle of Wight festival.
