Bio:
Vladimir Ruzicic was born 2.10.1978. in Valjevo,Serbia. During his early days,Vlada practiced with Serbian great drummers and finished jazz high school. His teacher was the most respected Serbian drum teacher Miroslav Karlovic.
After finishing jazz education,he was called to join the band who plays in Serbian biggest TV music show called 3K-DUR (something like American Idol).Vlada was in that TV show for two years (every show was watched about 5 million people!)..
In 2004 Vlada was called from great world music group Sanja Ilic & Balkanika.With that band Vlada toured through whole Europe and plays on the biggest festivals. Greatest show was on the Olympic games in Athens 2004 and also the big concert in Belgrade 2006. (15000 people, recorded on DVD).
Balkanika has toured Mexico,Asia,Europe…
From 2005 in the biggest Serbian pop-rock band “Neverne Bebe” (Unfaithful babies).
Vlada plays on the album with great Simon Phillips (guest on three songs).
In 2010 Vlada started Kebac studios,located in his home town and there he record drums for many bands and artists around the world.Also he is producer too.
Vladimir is endorser of Gretsch Drums, Paiste cymbals, ,Vic Firth drumsticks,DPA,Audix microphones and Evans drumheads.
As a studio musician Vlada has recorded over 2000 songs and produced more than 30 albums.
Many recordings and collaborations are listed as a studio drummer.
Vlada records for famous Italian band Voodoo Hill,with famous Glenn Hughes on vocals,also for Turkish guitar hero Cenk Eroglu(Winger,Xcarnation),plus many many songs for most famous singers worldwide.Plus recording for great American producers is often.
From 2017 becomes drummer of one of the biggest rising stars in whole region Aleksandra Prijovic and touring arenas and stadiums through Europe and USA.Videos from Aleksandra has over 40M views and all tours are sold out…Currently on tour with also famous singer Andreana Cekic.
