Influences:
"Tris Imboden was my initial inspiration and influence in playing the drums. His career speaks for itself and I really love his body of work. I grew up with a lot those songs he played on and a lot of them are considered classics. From there, I started to follow bands like the Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age. Some of my early learning stems from listening to Dave Grohl in his various projects and Taylor Hawkins with the Foo Fighters."

"I believe nothing is impossible with positivity and drive. Never let anyone or anything hold you back from following your dreams. Always move forward, even if you’re afraid and always be you no matter what anyone says!"
Bio:
Rona has been surrounded by music all her life. She was heavily influenced by The Beatles at an early age. Her father was a musician and taught her to play keys. From there, he taught her guitar chords and introduced her to the idea of drumming. It wasn’t until one day when she went to see the band Chicago in concert, that she would discover her love for drums. The drummer at the time was Tris Imboden. She immediately became a fan of his and was inspired to take up drumming.
Rona’s love for rock n’ roll music shaped her career as a musician. The projects she has been involved in have been in the veins of rock, alternative and electronic music. Her playing style is hard hitting with great driving beats and danceable grooves.
Rona has performed and recorded with Austin, TX bands and is currently the drummer for Dead Love Club.
